Dr. Smith holds a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Leadership with a specialization in Adult Education from Nova Southeastern University. She is in a leadership position with a governmental agency in the state of South Carolina. She is also an instructor with University of Phoenix facilitating courses within the College of Social Sciences.
