The QCLG is an organization made up of members who are from South Carolina's Low Country (and a few who are not).
We host the annual A Taste of the Low Country in Charlotte, NC. It is a day of family fun. We have Low Country foods- such as crabs, LC boil, ribs, chicken, rice, greens, etc.- children's activities, a live dj, contests, dancing, etc. People come from all over - Charlotte, Georgetown, Charleston, Atlanta, Raleigh, VA, MD.
In addition, we recruit great volunteers to help out on the day of the event as well as with the planning.
The QCLG also gives back to the community. We have had back to school supplies for the children at the event, and we give donations to various organizations.
